Thanks for your report.

According to your log file this is an error with your apache configuration:

 * Restarting web server apache2
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName

no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
   ...fail!
invoke-rc.d: initscript apache2, action "restart" failed.
dpkg: Fehler beim Bearbeiten von gallery (--configure):
 Unterprozess post-installation script gab den Fehlerwert 1 zurück
=====

Check the "Listen" directive of your apache configuration and be sure not to use your external IP address if you're behind a router.

This is not bug with Ubuntu so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker
