I saw that you tried to get onto #me-tv. You just need to register your nick.

Are you able to use `scan` from dvb-utils to scan for channels?

Thanks,

Michael

guys perhaps this might help. I have got Skystar2 PCI rev 2.6. It's a DVB-S tunner. I can scan the channels using scan from the dvb-utils but me-tv does not seem to be able to scan at all.

Hi Peter,

Me TV's DVB-S scanner code is not perfect or very flexible. I'm rewriting the DVB scanner for 0.6 which is in development now. If you guys want to help me out with what I need to get it working then I'd be more than glad to incorporate the changes into 0.6. In the meantime I suggest that you use scan from dvb-utils.

Thanks,

Michael
