How to request for a new package

Only XBMC Team members will be allowed to ask for a new package.
They need to create a question with a summary "Request for new package"
Here are the information to provide for a request for a new package.
* the SVN revision to take
* the label of the package : eg. 2.1alpha1
* the version of Ubuntu to build the package for.
* the changelog to put on the package
Please keep the dependencies in the README.linux files up to date.
