Installation Issue (Dual Boot)

I am trying to dual boot Ubuntu. I used Wubi.exe and when I reboot it just says " Completing installation press tab for more installation options" (or something along them lines). Then the writing goes really small and nothing else happens. Can someone PLEASE help me?

I cannot help with wubi.exe , but I can recommend to install Ubuntu alongside Windows (and not inside - wubi).

You can find some excellent tutorial and "how to" on Web. Is not difficult and you will gain performance and stability.
