Wind Speed MPH

Love the new version - thanks! I sent Og back a slightly modified version of his code that did MPH for wind speed but I guess he didn't send it back on to you. In any case, pymetar can get wind speed in MPH using getWindSpeedMilesPerHour which you may want to include instead of doing the conversion you have in v 0.2.0. Thanks again!
