error unpacking ubuntu 11.10

I'm trying to customize ubuntu 11.10 32 bits with uck-flow (python-uckflow version: 0.4.12-1) (uck version: 2.4.4+repack0-0ubuntu1) but I got the following error:

it works now, I think it's because I launched uck-flow with sudo.
But now I have another 256 error at the "Finalize root filesystem" step :

Problem solved :)
My project file was outdated, it missed the UCK_FINALIZE_ROOT settings
