How can I install proposed Ubuntu One updates?

Sometimes a bug fix is waiting for approval to get into the main repository. If you want to help test these types of fixes please do the following:
1. Open System-
2. Click on the Updates tab
3. Check "Proposed updates (karmic-proposed)"
4. Close the dialog
5. Refresh when prompted
6. Open System-
7. Find "ubuntuone-client", select to upgrade and then Update
