gparted tutorial

Hello,
 I have hardy running in a vm ware...works fine. Now I'd like to install in a dual boot. Using gparted as described - can I do this and somehow move my hardy installation into the new partition?
 system: xp home sp2
 I don't h ave a CD of hardy only gutsy.

It's a Switching from Windows guide, and explains everything in an in depth, easy to use manner. It describes dualbooting as well, and it is much easier than you think.
