ubuntu 14.04 low graphics error

i have installed ubuntu 14.04 LTS on my desktop having 2gb ram and Intel® Pentium(R) CPU G620 @ 2.60GHz × 2 prosessor after installation i am getting low graphics error
i have tried updage and upgrade , also i have updated all pakages
