So , what is the problem ?

I will tell you . The problem is that you looked in Graphic window for card recognition , but the graphical window showed you nothing - nada .... Unknown , etc.

The non graphical way (terminal) is MORE reliable (IMO) from the graphical window (system info).

You card is : Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML

Your card's ID is : [8086:2592]

And the driver you use is : Kernel driver in use: i915

Everything seems OK.
