i use asus eepcx101ch after i use ubuntu 13.01 i cannot wacth movie because player always lag

The user has a slow CPU/GPU with no video decode acceleration and is trying to do something CPU intensive. I'm not really sure how this is a bug... (and it will probably get better response as a question).

I'm very sorry, but your system is just to slow to play most videos.
