Can't use internet

I have configured the wvdial.conf file. I can normaly dial with sudo wvdial, but no program can use the internet. I live in Croatia and my internet provider is CARNet.

I reinstalled Hardy, and I works for now. I forgot to close this question. Thx for the link.
