Will Wine ever run Mac programs too?

I am just curious, is Wine ever planning to run Mac programs as well as Windows ones? Or will it only ever be for running Windows programs on Linux?

Wine is an abstraction layer for Directx calls, Mac doesn't use DirectX. There may be a project to abstract Mac but I'm not aware of it. I've seen bits of this and that but nothing substantial. Only a small few applications are Mac only so IMHO the gain is small.
