Cant download EA origin

Everytime i try to download origin it goes through the whole install process untill i try to open it, it tells me thats theres an internal error, I have no idea why i cant run EA origin

Did you check the appdb for compatibility (or is the game a native Linux app)?

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy wine

EA Origin is download and DRM system from EA. It is most likely not going to work on Linux.

Looks like it works, when you are very lucky.

Open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and copy and paste the commands in post #1 to answer actionparnip's questions. Not sure what he will be able to add though.
