If you add the PPA listed on:
http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

You should get updated.

I just added the repo and my system now shows this:

[andy@fileserver ~]$ apt-cache policy virtualbox-4.0
virtualbox-4.0:

Ok, but need to know the license to violate setup virtualbox for my servers in enterprises. My personal laptop is already installed here. In the past I've tried to install virtualbox-ose ubuntu on my server using the vboxwebsrv not appeared lucid.
