Trying to identify utility which looks after Volume Key bindings

Hi there,

I'm running Lubuntu 13.04 and missing some of the automatic configuration of mainstream Ubuntu :(

I found that the Volume Keys on my Dell Inspiron N5110 were previously automatically mapped to controlling the volume, but not in Lubuntu. Can you tell me which package in the mainstream distro looks after this, and if it's installable and functional as part of an LXDE desktop.

I should report it against lubuntu-desktop I guess.
