The shut-down option dissapeared. Only Log-out Suspend and Restart!

I'm new in the Ubuntu domain. I would like to Shut Down my computer, not using On-Off button. Ubuntu 12.10 installed today.

Poate esti pe un cont ce nu are drept de shut-down. Incearca sa schimbi contul

Please tell are you using gnome-shell desktop Environment ?

if yes please hold alt key to get it...
