documentation for canceling a print job

For canceling a job in the print queue the online documentation states:

    Click the icon at the far right of the menu bar and select System Settings.

    Click Printers.

    Click the Show Jobs button on the right-hand side of the Printers dialog.

    Cancel the print job by clicking the stop button on the play-pause-stop symbols.other

As far as I can tell I (16.04) I don't have a "Show Jobs" button as stated in the third line. What shows up when I click on the Printer icon is a dialogue box with icons of my printers and no words other than Add & Filter at the top and Connected to localhost at the bottom; sorry couldn't figure out how to insert the screen capture of the dialogue box with this questions.

Instead the instructions should indicate, While the Printer Dialogue box is open, go to the menu bar across the top and select the Printer pull down. At the bottom of the list of choices under Printer is "View Printer Queue".

Am I missing something obvious or is this an error in the documentation?
