Split off totem-thumnailer from main package

Would it be possible to to split off the `totem-thumnailer` files from `totem` and `totem-common`?

The reason I ask is that the list of bugs with `totem-thumbnailer` crashing seems to be accumulating.

I would like an easy to leave totem installed, but to allow ffmpegthumnailer to create nice thumbnails for my videos.

However, today, I simply tell users

```
sudo rm -f /usr/share/thumbnailers/totem.thumbnailer
```

in order to get thumbnails working again.

Ubuntu is copying packages from Debian (to avoid double packaging work) and in Debian the package has the same contents, see https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/all/totem-common/filelist

I suggest that you discuss this change proposal with Debian, and if it is accepted there, then Ubuntu will follow.
