A bug assigned to the wrong project

https://bugs.launchpad.net/g-ctan/+bug/543529 has been filed for "my" project and it is clearly wrong. Changing the affected project does not work as search for "ubuntu" yields too many results and nothing TeX related could be found.

reassigned to Ubuntu. For future reference:
- Set the project to the 'null' project (as LP doesn't support removing bug tasks) and mark it as Invalid
- Click on 'Also affects Distribution' and set it to the appropriate package in Ubuntu
