I could not find Synaptic Package Manager in ubuntu 11.10

Hello Support,

I could not find any option like Administration, Synaptic Package Manager etc. I think My Ubuntu 11.10 is upgrade version can you give me proper resolution as soon as possible.

Press CTRL+ALT+T for opening terminal then enter in terminal
sudo apt-get install synaptic

then
Open a Dash and search for Synaptic you will find it ...
