how do i burn a cd on rythmbox?

ok so i added the desired songs to my playist queue. (is that what im supposed to do?) then i hit "create audio cd" (it that what im supposed to do?) but when i hit the create button it says "Could not create audio CD, Could not pause playback" (what the heck?)
what does it mean? what do i do? if i did something wrong please tell me. oh and explain it as simple as possible. remember i have the attention span of a goldfish.

You would be better off using the Brasero Disc Burning application. It's in your Sound & Videos category, and you can press F1 for the documentation. There is a specific function for burning music.

all i see is gnome baker cd writer. and rythm box and i dont know how to work gnome

no not there i went to applications>sound video and all they tell me i got is xine movie player, gnome and rythm box. now what

i added it to my computer in the add/remove progam. thnks!
