keeps crashing over an over an i don't know why, lol, i am a newbie sorry but not much help here

I don't think this is anything that we can solve by editing the package. What could be happening is that some of the packages were corrupted during download. You could try removing the packages in /var/apt/cache/archives/ (sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/*.deb) and re-upgrading.
