VOIP Chat application for Gtalk or yahoo

Hi ;

I am a fan of Linux operating system especially ubuntu 11.04. i wish to know if there is any equivalent softwares in ubuntu so that i can do voice chats with my collagues. i generally use my gmail id and yahooid.

is there any equivalent softwares like gtalk or yahoomessenger?
