Please update networkmanager on groovy

The official NM gitlab has pushed a fix for a bug that bothers me very much. They backported it to the 1.26 branch. Please use it! Thank you. I don't know how long this process usually takes so I'm throwing this in just to be safe.

The bugfix in question was backported to nm 1.26, the version ubuntu groovy is using. But I will fill out the bug report as you suggest.
