PEAP: disconnect all the time with no certificate.

so i can connect with PEAP, i can use the internet in like 2-3 min and the i lose connection and it takes it 1 min to make the connection again.
There is not a set amount of time iam connected, it's normally around 2-3 min sometimes it take 10 min.
My network doesn't use a certificate, but i have to use username and password to login.
this problem wasn't there in version 12.04 LTS, but is here in 13.10
