md2term won't render codeblock quote on terminal.

Hello, it seems md2term won't render codeblock quote on terminal, it's like md2term ignore it. For example, If I have this codeblock :
```
foo
```
md2term won't render it on terminal. Any clue to fix it ? Thanks.
