Issues installing zram in Ubuntu 23.10

I am attempting to setup Zram on a Raspberry Pi 5 running Ubuntu 23.10. I have followed the instructions from the site listed below and I am not seeing a Zram partition after rebooting and running cat /proc/swaps. The /swapfile is present, but nothing else. Am I missing something? Thank you for your time.

so... ~60 days of support....

Ubuntu 24.04 is just out the door and LTS, supported until April 2029.
