Boot Issue with Ubuntu 22.10 Kinetic Kudu since Kernel 5.19.0.15.15

Have logged a bug on a serious boot issue with Ubuntu 22.10 Kinetic Kudu since Kernel 5.19.0.15.15 but did not manage to get any support to solve this bug. In addition, I am now stuck at Kernel 5.19.0.19.19 since from Kernel 5.19.0.21.21 it is only possible to boot in safe mode. Could I find any support from the community here?
