Kernel Panic on ESXi 7.03

We are running an Ubuntu 20.04.04 host without any issues but recently we have updated to kernel 5.4.0-122-generic and it started to give kernel-panics on ESXi (v7.03). We have downgraded to 5.4.0-121 to avoid the issues.
Does anyone have any ideas or reports about it? I don't have the complete trace in text but I do have a screenshot but I cannot add it here...
