suspend fails with kernel 4.18.0.17.18
On Ubuntu 18.10, suspend works with next-to-last kernel.
4.18.0-16-generic #17-Ubuntu SMP Fri Feb 8 00:06:57 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The update to newer kernel
4.18.0.17.18
causes a suspend problem like so. X11 shuts down, I see the messages about closing services, and then there's a message about difficulty closing down one service, system shows seconds counter like (1 / 1:30) and after a while, X11 starts again and asks for a password.
Running older kernel solves problem.
Another issue I notice is that with the newer kernel, access to an SSH mounted file system (fuse) is unstable or super slow. Don't know if that is related.
