Ciao, ti esce quell'errore perchè in Maverick hanno tolto il supporto ai processori i568 o inferiori che non supportano cmov. (come il tuo).

C'è scritto anche nelle note di rilascio.

È stato anche aperto un bug (e una piccola polemica) riguardo questa fine supporto per questi processori.
Come vedi nel bug report, tra breve verrà rilasciato un aggiornamento del gestore aggiornamenti che comunica all'utente l'impossibilità di installare/aggiornare il sistema a causa di questo problema.
