Password Lockout Policy

Hi,

Anybody help me to know the Password lockout policy for KDE like in windows having
password maximum length
password expires
maximum failure logins likewise...

Locking the user Accouts after too many Login failures.

KDE is only a DE, Ubuntu is the OS so the fact you use KDE is moot.
