lakh and crore format

Asked by vistasp

In South Asia, we use a different comma formatting of numbers than in the western world.

For example, a hundred thousand is shown as 1,00,000 (one lakh) and a ten million would be 1,00,00,000 (one crore) and so on. Is there a way to do this?

KMyMoney uses the KDE settings. You should check if KDE supports this.

I've looked at the KDE settings before posting this question but couldn't find anything like it. :(

Thanks anyway.

You should post that to the kde package. They can handle that and forward it to the right person.
