Excluding Catagories from Budget, Reports and Forecast

Is there a way exclude certain categories and or account from a Report, Budget, and/or Forecast?

Here is the background on my question.
I have multiple accounts I track but I created one account where I keep a running tally of all expenses across all accounts (since my monthly budget is based on the funds on these accounts). By doing this I know I am creating duplicate entries but in the "budget" account I assign all transactions to the "Budget Income" or "Budget Expense" category depending on the type of transaction. Now when I go to create a report or to look at the forecast, kMyMoney2 includes the "Budget" account and "Budget" categories which skews the numbers. I remember when I use to use MicroSnatch Money I had this option but I have not found something similar in kMyMoney. I could always export the reports and use OpenOffice Spreadsheet to rerun the numbers excluding the "budget" Account and categories but if kMyMoney did it for me it would be better.
