Grub2 not find Kernel to boot

Dear all
I have the following problem
I'm using Ubuntu 16.10
When I started the Computer the following will appears on the screen.
Bios fault
I can only start with the live CD The login will be not shown where can help me.
If I go to the Grub Screen the system like to tell me that it not possible to load the kernel to Grub

"Bios fault" probably indicates a problem with your computer's BIOS

You might try entering BIOS setup and resetting it to default values.
