If i remove the quiet and splash optiion from the kernel arguements. It falls to a chel prompt. The root filesystem is mounted read only..

Ok, I think i know the cause. It is a problem with fsck i think, when it is scaning the disk on bot sometimes it needs the user to pres y/n, but this is not displayed on screen so it does not continue booting...

these tell me this maybe acpi:
