how can i put my printer on this computer and put on HP officejet 5600V on it and i dont know how to download anything for windows

I have Ubuntu computer and my window crashed and i am trying to download my printer HP 5600v or can i play games or what do i do to get my downloads that i have in windows xppro so what to do and how do i do
HELP ME Please RED

lsb_release -a; uname -a; dpkg -l | grep hplip

Too many questions!
"I am trying to download my printer HP 5600v " I presume you are trying to download driver. Usually, hplip is installed by default. Else open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and run command:
    sudo apt-get install hplip
then connect printer and go to "Add a printer".
