how can i install ndiskwrapper without the cd

hi i have the cd boot disk and try to install the ndiskwrapper package but it give me an error message every time i do how can i resovle this problem any help would be great thank you the error message say error on cd cannot read gutsy ribbon

Open terminal (Applications→Accesories→Terminal), use command "gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list" (without quotation marks). Find line with something like this: "deb cdrom:[Ubuntu 7.10 _Gutsy Gibbon_ - Release i386 (20071016)]/ gutsy main restricted" and delete it, then save the file and in terminal run command "sudo apt-get update" (without quotation marks). Everything should be OK.
