Ubuntu, Grub Rescue>

(Contnuation on "Grub Error 15")
I tried to check whether I might not have installed Grub on any device, or on the wrong device.
I tried to install it on all devices but may have uninstalled it.
Now I only get:
error: file not found.
grub rescue>
I can no longer start the workstation. Not even with the menu option. HELP!
using set:
prefix=
root=md0
I tried to change these (using set), had no effect.
