My software updater does not list 16.04LTS

Since 16.04LTS was released last week (around 22 April), my software updater does not show that 16.04LTS is now available to upgrade.

I do not want to download and install, prefer to upgrade from 14.04LTS to 16.04LTS

Settings ask for long term releases specifically

16.04 is not LTS yet. When it goes to the first point release it will be seen by Trusty installs.
