12.04 where are the power management profiles?

Asked by Eric Huguet

Hello,

I just upgrade a laptop DELL, previously under 11.10,
to the 12.04.1 version of Kubuntu.

In the system settings, in the menu Hardware>Power management,
the "Power Profile" item is not present (contrary to the version 11.10).

How can I restore this option, is there an additionnal package to install?

Thanks for help,

See the same question (and answers) here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1976856

Probably you have to install jupiter for this function right now.

Thanks
