How to translate the descriptions of the programs.

Is it possible to translate all descriptions of the applications that this program installs? I offer myself to translate in to Spanish and help to coordinate in my little possibilities, because I am not a programs developer.

Is there any way to separate the descriptions shown in Add/remove programs from the shown in Synaptic?

The users that can manage Synaptic can be more used to read English, but users that use only Add/remove may not be so used to, and I think it is more interesting for them to translate Add/remove texts first.

The descriptions in Add/Remove Program (gnome-app-install) and Synaptic are provided by the same packages .deb. However, you can help translate texts for your native language and all users will be very thanked.
