Trouble hearing music stations

I went into Launch Radio and couldn't hear the music, even though my speakers were on, and the volume control on the station player was on as well. So I logged off, and logged back in, and Launch played fine. Then I logged off, and tried another station, and had the same problem, I couldn't hear the music. Thinking maybe it was something with that station, I tried Live365 and had the same problem, I couldn't hear that one either... How do I correct this?

System > Preferences > Sound: the first four entries should be ALSA.
