How do I eliminate the need for a password when I boot my computer?

When I installed Ubuntu I had to creat a password. Everytime I start Ubuntu
I have to enter the password. How do I eliminate the need to enter it everytime?

Look up at the top taskbar and see the "System" menu up there :) I think you have found it already tho :)

Every install of Ubuntu really needs someone to work through the Medibuntu worksheet to sort their multimedia

this deals with copyright issues and prepares the way for other multimedia devices to be added to the system. I tend to keep the non-free components until i am completely happy with the way the machine is running, then i think about going completely OpenSource later.
