when we visit acm.pku.edu.cn's submit page ,it shows that access denied,but I can visit other online judge and submit

When I visit the page acm.pku.edu.cn and want to submit a problem, the page shows that access denied . But when

I visit other online judge and the submit page is correct, I want to know why this phenomenon appear just on such

only web site.

Is this only happening on the one web site? Does the site work fine with other browsers? If not, it may be that the site itself is broken.
