Adobe Flash Player and YouTube

Adobe Flash Player 10 does not load videos on YouTube site, but video on http://www.k-web.org/ runs normally?
64-bit Ubuntu 8.04, AMD Athlon.

Hi,
how did you install it?
Did you remove other versions of flash before?

Anyway, if it works on other sites and java script is enabled for YouTube check settings for it here:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html

Other options:
You may start firefox in a terminal to get some output.
Check .xession-errors (hidden in your home/user/dir) for related messages.
Check the folder .macromedia if YouTube has a settings.sol in there.

btw. Totem plays YouTube videos

Totem played YouTube videos without problems.
