Hello,

it is not clear to which bar you are referring to.
There's the navigation toolbar, that a big textfield to enter the URL and a small textfield to search the internet using search engines.
If you are refering to this bar, did you tried to bring it back from the menu View>Toolbars and checking Navigation Toolbar?

Toggle into full screen & press F11 key
