AT&T email will not download - says "file too large" but it is not

I cannot download my AT&T e-mail from the server to Evolution. I did not change any settings. The error message is "File too large" and it stops on message "1" or "2 " of 30. Yesterday when it did this there were indeed large files (but it never did this before) but today the largest file is only 105 kB! What is going on and how can I fix this?
