empathy contact list MSN not load?

Hi
I am using the lastest version of empathy. I had add both my face book account and MSN. I had no problems adding them as they are successfully connected. But it does not load into my contact list as it only load my facebook only.

Maybe MS changed servers (again).
Make sure the system is updated.
Some users tried 'emesene'.

The 'no contact list' issue occurs over time again, bugs reported there are declared as fixed.
